At www.can-you.co.uk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair returns and refund process.
🔄 Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resealable condition

Proof of purchase (e.g. Order confirmation) is required
Please note: Some items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and custom-made products may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
📦 How to Start a Return

Email offive@can-you.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once approved, you can send the item to our returns address (provided via email).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
✅ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Rejected Returns: If items are used, damaged, or incomplete, we may deny the refund or offer a partial credit

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item:

Include photos of the damaged item and your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund
